The Easter recharge week will be held and facilitated by John F. Doherty and other teachers who work with The Beehive School and have completed the Mindfulness Interspiritual Teacher Training program. John has been providing retreats, teaching and offering mindfulness, meditation & contemplation for twenty years. He believes in a 'middle-way' approach in his retreats offering times of silence, practice and healthy living mixed with engagement, talking and good food! He will lead the mindfulness mornings and guide the practices step by step if you are a beginner while also offering a master-class in meditation during the mornings.
