Join us for this amazing Soul Empowerment Retreat Week in the beautiful sunny town of Castalla, Alicante, Spain. This retreat offers a mixture of mindfulness, relaxation, healing, soul empowerment workshops, sunshine, good food all supporting people in recharging the batteries, getting some vitamin D and connecting to their deepest Soul Self. The accommodation is in Annmarie Donagher's house with swimming pool, all air conditioned rooms, outdoor facilities and amazing views. All food is provided with some local vino!

 If you already live nearby you can access the workshops in the morning and evening for a reduced cost. 

The Workshops will take place from Monday to Friday each day as follows:

9am Continental Breakfast

10am -12pm Morning Relaxation, Mindfulness, Healing and Teaching with John F. Doherty

12pm - 5pm Lunch, Siesta, Swim, Sunshine, Walks, Chats and Time-Out

5pm - 7pm Soul Empowerment Workshop with Maria J. Lopez

7.30pm Delicious Dinner and Evening break

(There will be 1-1 optional bodywork and energy healing each day on-site for a reduced fee) 

The villa is located in Castalla just 30 km North of the city of Alicante and only 20 minutes drive inland from the Coast , the glorious sandy beaches of San Juan are 20 minutes drive in the car. the villa is set amongst countryside in a quiet and private location and within 15 minutes walk of local Town centre of Castalla . within a few minutes walk of the villa is a bar restaurant. a large supermarket in with 10 minutes walk, good local restaurants in the town of Castalla, also a Scottish / English Bar (Glenns) , 2 street markets (Tuesday and Saturday) good leisure facilities including local sports centre, golf, horse riding, hiking, and hill walking. The famous theme parks 'Terramitica' and 'Aqualandia Water park' and 'Mundomar' Marine Park are just 45 minutes drive from the villa. a bus stop in the village which takes you to the Beach (cost approx €2.00 euros per person)
