Join us for our Summer Mindfulness Recharge Week in the beautiful sunny El Campello, Alicante, Spain. This week offers a mixture of mindfulness, meditation and contemplation empowering people to recharge the batteries, get some vitamin D and practice mindfulness. The accommodation is in a Salesian Retreat Centre right on Muchavista beach and tram station. All food is provided and rooms have wifi and air-con!

Everyday there will be opportunities in El Campello with its mile long beachfront full of shops, cafes and restaurants. 1-1 therapies will be available in Maria's holistic centre SEN Centro Holisitco in El Campello. There is also a local TRAM service from the accommodation that goes up and down the coast visiting lots of beautiful seaside towns and also some beautiful mountain walks.
Maria J. Lopez
Maria Lopez has been involved in holistic intelligence and relationship work for many years. After successfully running SEN in Dublin she has now opened a similar holistic centre in Spain and offers programs on Empowered relationships, healing and coaching. She will be offering group sessions on Empowering people in their lives as well as individual 1-1 treatments during the recharge week.

John F. Doherty
The summer recharge week will be held and facilitated by John F. Doherty and other teachers who work with The Beehive School and have completed the Mindfulness Interspiritual Teacher Training program. John has been providing retreats, teaching and offering mindfulness, meditation & contemplation for twenty years. He believes in a 'middle-way' approach in his retreats offering times of silence, practice and healthy living mixed with engagement, talking and good food! He will lead the mindfulness mornings and guide the practices step by step if you are a beginner while also offering a master-class in meditation during the mornings. He has a great sense of humour and teaches with an ease, lightness and authenticity.

- Is this a religious retreat? A: No, its an interspiritual one and is open to people of all beliefs
